Healthcare professionals remain solely responsible for all prescribing and clinical decisions.

Klineck is not responsible for outcomes resulting from reliance on AI-generated suggestions, including cases where:

A user proceeds after receiving an AI alert, or
The AI does not detect a potential conflict or issue
AI-generated outputs may be incomplete or inaccurate and should always be independently reviewed by qualified healthcare professionals.
